Terms of use
These launch terms describe how the Phase 1 Velocity at Max Parts site should be used. They should be reviewed before full commercial launch.
Platform role
Velocity at Max Parts is currently a sourcing and aggregator platform. We help buyers search for or request vehicle parts. We do not currently provide checkout, payment processing, seller self-service or order fulfilment.
Part information
Part titles, compatibility notes, condition grades, confidence scores, seller details and warranty summaries are provided to help buyers make an informed enquiry. Buyers must verify final compatibility, condition, warranty and delivery terms before purchase.
No automatic guarantee of fitment
Vehicle compatibility information can be complex and may depend on trim, engine code, production date, options and previous repairs. A listing or request response should not be treated as a final guarantee unless confirmed by the seller or supplier.
Seller responsibility
Where a part is supplied by a third-party breaker, dismantler, refurbisher or seller, the contract of sale, returns, warranty and delivery obligations remain with that seller unless expressly stated otherwise.
Buyer requests
By submitting a request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to identify potential parts or suppliers.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the site, submit false enquiries, attempt to access admin routes, scrape data at scale, interfere with availability or use the site for unlawful activity.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops, especially when external provider ingestion, direct listings, marketplace workflows or payment flows are introduced.
